2-Hour BOARD APPROVED DENTAL PRACTICE ACT COURSE $45 (Approved CE Provider #RP5559)
This is a Dental Board of California approved home study course which meets the required 2-hour Dental Practice Act continuing education requirement towards Ca license renewal and RDA examination application. This course is offered all year round.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Reviews statutes of the Dental Practice Act including license renewal requirements, RDA applicant requirements, and use of dental auxiliaries in a dental practice, scope of practice for dental auxiliaries and dentist, citation, fines, HIPAA privacy requirements and disciplinary actions.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Please download and fill up the course registration form below and email to drfdelapena@gmail.com or by fax to (213) 389-4168.
Upon receipt of your registration form, we will contact you by phone for payment arrangements within a few days.
For HIPAA and security reasons, payments are made with a credit card over the phone only. Your credit card information will not be stored in our system.
Upon confirmation of payment, Course Materials, Instructions Sheets and Test Sheets will be mailed or e-mailed to you depending on what format you chose.
You have one month to complete the test sheet from the date specified. The test sheet may be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to us.
Upon successfully passing the test, your Certificate of Completion will be e-mailed to you within 1-2 weeks.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The fee for this Board Approved Dental Practice Act Course is $45.
Any cancellations, regardless of reason AFTER THE COURSE MATERIALS HAVE BEEN E-MAILED TO THE CANDIDATE WILL RECEIVE NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER AND THE ENTIRE PAYMENT IS FORFEITED.
