This is a Dental Board of California approved home study course which meets the required 2-hour Infection Control continuing education requirement towards Ca license renewal. This course is offered all year round.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Reviews routine infection control practices in the dental office including sanitation, disinfection, sterilization, spore testing, sterilizers, disease transmission, bloodborne pathogens, disease prevention, PPE, biohazardous waste management, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Please download and fill up the course registration form for the course you want to take below and email to drfdelapena@gmail.com or by fax to (213) 389-4168.
Upon receipt of your registration form, we will contact you by phone for payment arrangements within a few days.
For HIPAA and security reasons, payments are made with a credit card over the phone only. Your credit card information will not be stored in our system.
Upon confirmation of payment, Course Materials, Instructions Sheets and Test Sheets will be mailed or e-mailed to you depending on what format you chose.
You have one month to complete the test sheet from the date specified. The test sheet may be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to us.
Upon successfully passing the test, your Certificate of Completion will be mailed or e-mailed to you within 1-2 weeks.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The fee for this Board Approved INfection Control Course is $35-45.
Any cancellations, regardless of reason AFTER THE COURSE MATERIALS HAVE BEEN MAILED OR EMAILED TO THE CANDIDATE WILL RECEIVE NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER AND THE ENTIRE PAYMENT IS FORFEITED.
