• All DA Course applicants must have a High School diploma, GED or pass an English Comprehension Test.

• You may also download the application form below and send it to us with a copy of your High School diploma or GED and the $25.00 non-refundable application fee. If you do not have a high school diploma, we need to see you in the school to administer a reading test.
